ReviewToReport is an AI-assisted review management tool. Here's exactly what happens after you connect your Google Business Profile.

Steps

Step 1 - Connect Google Business Profile

Authorise ReviewToReport via Google OAuth. We request read access to your Business Profile reviews. No payment or credit card required to get started.

Step 2 - Reviews are retrieved

ReviewToReport fetches your reviews via the official Google Business Profile API. Data is stored securely on EU-based infrastructure. Nothing is cached longer than necessary.

Step 3 - AI generates structured insights and drafts

Our AI analyses review sentiment, identifies trends, and creates draft reply suggestions for each review. These are AI-assisted drafts — not final published content.

Step 4 - You review and publish manually

Every draft reply requires your explicit approval before publication. ReviewToReport never posts automatically. You remain in full control of what appears publicly on your profile.
