Terms of Service

1. The service
ReviewToReport is a read-only review analytics tool. It connects to your Google Business Profile via OAuth, reads your customer reviews, generates analytics summaries, and produces draft reply suggestions for your review.
ReviewToReport never posts any content automatically. All draft replies require explicit human action before publication. You remain fully responsible for any content you choose to publish.
2. Eligibility and account
By using ReviewToReport, you confirm that you are authorised to connect the Google Business Profile account you link during onboarding, and that you have the legal right to grant OAuth access on behalf of that account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ReviewToReport to automate the posting of replies via third-party tools or scripts.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond normal use.
- Use the service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or the Google Business Profile API Terms of Service.
- Misrepresent the source or authorship of AI-generated draft replies when publishing them.
4. AI-generated content
ReviewToReport uses AI language models to generate draft replies and digest summaries. These drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publication. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content.
5. Data and privacy
Your use of ReviewToReport is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process your data, including Google Business Profile review data and OAuth tokens.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
ReviewToReport is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of analytics, or fitness for any particular purpose. Access to the Google Business Profile API is subject to Google's quota policies, which are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReviewToReport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ReviewToReport, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or reputation resulting from AI-generated content you choose to publish.
8. Termination
You may disconnect your Google integration and stop using the service at any time. Upon disconnection, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. You may request full data deletion by contacting us at support@reviewtoreport.com.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the owner email address on file. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
